Prior experience working in the US market.
Outstanding presentation and interaction skills in interacting to groups of individuals within the customer audience such as Director, Vice President and C-Level officers.
Prior experience of sales process all the way from cold calling to deal closure Develop sales and demand creation strategies and action plans to achieve revenue and gross profit targets that will produce maximum market penetration.
Acknowledged as an expert in identifying and building discipline/specialty offerings/ solutions in new markets.
Acts as a mentor to less experienced professionals or sales people to sell technical solutions.
Exhibits entrepreneurial behavior with customers/prospects to instill confidence and committed to building solid relationships in new/emerging market spaces.
Gathers, maintains and develops knowledge on current service line capabilities, products and offerings, as well as, supporting business models and pricing.
Recommends creative alternatives to strengthen organization position.
Stay abreast of evolving delivery capabilities, transition methods and approaches.
Identify objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long-term sales and margins.
Identify and resolve cost issues impacting competitiveness of organization outsourcing solutions.
Identifies gaps in service line marketing collateral and proposal materials.
Attends and/or presents organization outsourcing capabilities at industry trade shows or other marketing events.
Conducts data gathering via client interviews, orals sessions, surveys, questionnaires and other written/oral communications.
Define transition service catalog and agree to appropriate application of services under varying Outsourcing scenarios.
Collaborates with Technical Services and Consulting Services disciplines to develop integrated solution for build-run and/or business transformation deals.
Assists in negotiation of contract agreements and verifies content is consistent with terms & conditions, service level agreements and pricing included in organization’s contract with client.
Participates in Win / Loss Reviews and incorporates needed modifications to solution development processes.
Evaluates client current situation and identify improvement opportunities for enhancing deal solution and to confirm understanding of the requirements.
Working with the solution architect to finalize the potential clients based on the services provided by the company.
To be successful in the role, the incumbent must have:
Ability to develop & close million dollar deals
Experience in successfully engaging with CxO level audience
Strong communication, negotiation and convincing skills
BE/B.Tech degree holders will be preferred
Technical vision and strategy skills is a plus
